Please note that this website and service is exclusively to serve our customers and patients based in EU countries. This is a newly launched service prioritising the shipment of herbal prescriptions to our registered patients in the EU. More herbal products, tinctures, teas and supplements will soon be added to the site over the coming months, so please watch this space.

Please note our mailorder department is operational Monday - Friday only. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped from the following Monday.

For shipping cost calculations for EU countries, please enter your preferred products into the basket and enter your shipping address - a price will then be generated based on the weight and destination of your order. We ship all orders within the EU via DPD. Shipping costs begin from €10.80.

Where Is My Order?
If you have ordered online you will receive email updates. Most orders are shipped within 3 working days if all the items are in stock. Please note for orders containing dispensary items such as prescriptions, bespoke blends, and single tinctures, many are made to order and can take longer to prepare and ship - please allow more time for your order to arrive if you are ordering several of these items. We kindly ask that you give plenty of notice (minimum 48 hours / 2 working days) when placing your order if it is something you rely on for health reasons, such as a herbal prescription, especially if you require several blends.

Customs & Delays
Please check with your local customs office before importing items into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied at customs.
We dispatch to you in good faith and if something gets stuck in customs this is beyond our control. Napiers EU will not be liable for charges or refunds if your shipment is stopped, charged for or confiscated by customs. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Due to the nature of International delivery we cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to your parcel en route. This includes parcels that may become misplaced during transit.
Backorders / Out of Stock Items
We cannot currently accept backorders. If an item in your order is not in stock, or arriving in the next 2 days, we will send you those items that we do have and refund those we don’t. You are then best to wait a week and reorder the missing items unless you have subsequently found them elsewhere.
